LISTEN: To the sounds of silence at the Yazd Tower of silence. A series of huge circular walls where the dead were left to be picked by vultures; a quiet serene place

ENJOY: A free Persian language class at the Vaziri Museum and take a tour of the museum with an English speaking guide.

DRINK: Chai (Black Tea) with crystallised or cubed sugar (nabat or ghand) which is held artfully between the teeth while tea is sipped through

SLEEP: At the Zein-o-din Caravanserai, a 16th century inn and situated on the ancient Silk Road. Enjoy beautiful views of the desert and mountains on the rooftop.
