This scarf is dedicated to the memory of Mahsa Amini, the 22-year-old shy Kurdish/Iranian woman who died while in custody of the Iranian "Morality Police" for not wearing a "proper hijab".
Saqqez is her birthplace, and the colors of the scarf are inspired by the green fields in the surrounding valleys as well as the Spring of hope for the future and victory of women in Iran. 100% of proceeds from the sale of this scarf will be donated to vetted charities. in support of the Women Life Freedom movement in Iran.
