FAQ – Cityzen by Azin




  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
  • All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
  • Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
  • Free collection does not apply to items returned from a different country to the original shipping destination.
  • Items should be returned new, unused, and with all hangtags included. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • We prefer that items are returned to us via UPS to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure means. Our address for all returns is:

  • We request that you contact us at.info@cityzenbyazin.comin relation to such returns. Please note that we may not accept liability for goods that are not returned via UPS.



  • Free UPS Ground shipping is available for sale orders over $200
  • Orders placed with Cityzen by Azin ship by UPS with a signature required for delivery. Please allow up to 2-5 business days for processing domestic orders before your order ships. If you need to place an order for rush shipment please contact Customer Care at info@cityzenbyazin.com
  • UPS does not offer service to P.O. boxes. Orders shipping to P.O. boxes will be delayed until we are able to contact you for a business or residential address.
  • We are not able to combine multiple orders or make changes to the details of an order once it is placed online.


A signature is required for all international packages delivered by DHL.




If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit to your Cityzen by Azin account (you will need to register your details). The amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for one year. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties.

Note, corporate gifts may only be returned by the original purchaser and within 14 working days of initial receipt.



Cityzen by Azin insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.



By law, all items shipped to New York and California addresses will be charged sales tax.



While we do our best to make sure our website reflects exactly what’s stored in our inventory, please note that updates may be delayed during special events, such as End of Season Sale, Online Sample Sale or any other promotional sales.
